One company per session. Modular blocks of 2 to 4 hours. Your team builds; we coach. The work that goes home is the work they made.

Three phases, no fixed length.

Intake & scoping

We meet, we read your stack, and we map your team's AI maturity. You list the three tasks worth automating first. We propose a module sequence, session count, and duration. Cost is shaped to that scope and quoted before we proceed.

Live co-creation workshops

Modules run live, remote, with founder facilitation. Each module is 2 to 4 hours; you decide how many and over what timeline. Your team builds on the tools your IT already approves — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, OpenAI, Anthropic, or your existing stack. Maximum 15 participants per session to keep coaching personal.

Artifacts go home

The final session ends. The artifacts your team built stay with them, hosted on your accounts, on your platforms. No retainer. No support contract. No vendor lock-in. If a future need emerges, you re-book.
