Built by a consultant, not a vendor.

LiftWork is run by one person. The same person who scopes the engagement is the one who facilitates every session.

Leonardo Dentone

Industrial-engineering management consultant with seven years in pharma operations, digital manufacturing, and operational excellence — delivered across Denmark, Italy, and the United States. MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from DTU (Technical University of Denmark). Minor in Data in Business from Copenhagen Business School. Works in English and Italian.

Three and a half years at Implement Consulting Group — Denmark's largest management consulting firm and a market leader in operational excellence. Served as the firm's internal AI Ambassador: led AI literacy programs, defined best practices for AI use in client delivery, and built a structured library of validated use cases for the consulting practice. Now runs operational readiness and capacity-improvement programs across Novo Nordisk's global aseptic manufacturing network — one of the most regulated and complex production environments in industry.

The gap between what AI can do and what teams can actually do with it is the limiting factor in every operational setting I work in. Future-proofing the workforce is not a slogan — it is the single most leveraged investment any operations team can make this decade. LiftWork exists to close that gap inside one company at a time.

How LiftWork works.

Co-creation, not delivery

Your team builds the artifacts. The founder coaches the build. You leave with tools you understand because you wrote them — not a deliverable you bought and inherited.

Session-bounded, no tail

The engagement ends when the sessions end. No retainers, no support contracts, no platform you have to host indefinitely. The artifacts run on your own accounts. If a future need emerges, you re-book.

Tool-agnostic, by design

The workshops teach the durable judgment skills behind agentic AI — scoping, prompting, testing, governing. Tool examples are calibrated to the IT stack you already run (Microsoft, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, others). When platforms change, the skill stays.

Bring AI capability into your team.
