Who we are

LiftWork is operated as a sole proprietorship by Leonardo Dentone. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the data controller for any personal data processed in the context of the LiftWork website and its services is Leonardo Dentone, acting as a sole proprietor.

Questions, requests, or complaints related to this policy can be directed to leonardo.dentone@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days, in line with Article 12(3) of the GDPR.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you actively submit through the contact form on this website. That includes your name, work email address, company name, team size bracket, a list of the AI tools currently in use at your organisation, and a short description of the tasks you would like to explore in a workshop.

We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, pixels, or fingerprinting scripts. We do not buy, sell, rent, enrich, or otherwise acquire contact data from any third party.

How we use your information

The information you submit is used solely to prepare a response to your inquiry. Specifically:

  • Preparing a 30-minute discovery call tailored to your team's current stack and AI maturity.
  • Responding to your inquiry by email, at the address you provided.
  • Keeping a minimal record of the conversation for continuity if the engagement proceeds.
  • No newsletter sign-up, no marketing automation, and no profiling or automated decision-making.

Lawful basis for processing

We process the information you submit under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — processing necessary to take pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject — when you contact us about a potential engagement.

Where we retain messages after the initial exchange for continuity or reference, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR — the legitimate interest of a small consultancy in keeping a lightweight record of its client conversations. You can object to this processing at any time by writing to the email address above.

How we store and retain information

Information submitted through the contact form is stored in standard business email infrastructure hosted within the European Union. Access is limited to Leonardo Dentone.

  • EU-hosted email provider; no data transferred outside the European Economic Area.
  • Retention: up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless you request earlier deletion.
  • Encryption in transit (TLS) between your browser and our mail provider.
  • No third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies anywhere on this website.

Your rights under GDPR

As a data subject, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure (the right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, portability of your data in a machine-readable format, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to leonardo.dentone@gmail.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 calendar days.

Changes to this policy

This policy is versioned. Material changes will be reflected by an updated Last-updated date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, communicated by email to anyone actively engaged in a live conversation with us at the time of the change.
