Summary

This website does not set any tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to beyond the technically necessary cookies that modern browsers use to function.

If that changes — for example, if we add basic aggregate analytics at some point — this page will be updated before the change ships, and a consent banner will be added in compliance with the ePrivacy Directive and national implementations.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file that a website can ask your browser to store, so that the browser can return it on subsequent requests. Cookies are how websites remember things like login sessions, language preference, or shopping carts. They can also be misused for cross-site tracking and behavioural advertising.

What this site stores

The LiftWork marketing website is a static site hosted on Vercel. In normal operation, no cookies are set by the site itself. The only local browser storage used is whatever your browser sets to cache fonts, images, and the page HTML for performance.

  • No tracking cookies, first or third party.
  • No advertising cookies, pixels, or retargeting scripts.
  • No analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom, no self-hosted equivalent at this time).
  • No session cookies, because there is no login.

Infrastructure cookies

Vercel, the hosting platform that serves this website, may occasionally set a strictly-necessary cookie related to protecting the infrastructure from abuse (for example, rate-limiting or bot-detection). These cookies do not track individual users across sites, do not contain personal data, and are exempt from consent requirements under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.

Controlling cookies

Every modern browser offers fine-grained control over cookies and local storage. You can block all cookies, accept only first-party cookies, or clear stored data at any time through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies will not affect your ability to use this website in any meaningful way, because the site does not depend on any.

Changes to this policy

If LiftWork ever introduces analytics, personalisation, or any other feature that requires cookies beyond strictly-necessary infrastructure, this page will be updated first and a consent banner will be added before the feature goes live.
